Orders are printed and shipped through our third-party production and fulfillment partner. Once your order is submitted and payment is confirmed, it enters the production queue.

Estimated timelines:

Production time: typically 2–7 business days
Shipping time: varies by carrier, destination, and order volume
Diaspora Matchday primarily serves customers in the United States. Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, high order volume, weather, or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed off for shipment.

Tracking information will be provided by email when available. If you have not received tracking information within 10 business days of your order, please contact us.
