5. Return and Refund Policy
Because every product is custom printed on demand specifically for you, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Buyer's remorse or change of mind
Wrong size selected by the customer
Color preference after receiving the item
Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
Delays caused by the carrier or customs
We strongly encourage all customers to review the size guide carefully before placing an order and to double-check their shipping address at checkout.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will work with you to make it right.

To request a resolution, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with the following:

Your order number
A clear photo of the item showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. We reserve the right to request additional information before processing a resolution.

7. Sizing Policy
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide provided on each product page before placing an order. Sizes may vary slightly depending on the garment style and manufacturer.

Because products are printed on demand, size exchanges are not guaranteed unless the wrong size was sent due to a fulfillment error on our part. If you received the wrong size due to our error, please contact us with your order number and a photo, and we will resolve it promptly.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we are generally unable to modify or cancel orders once they have entered the production queue. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before production begins.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once an order has been submitted.

9. Product Colors and Print Variations
Product images and mockups are designed to represent the final product as accurately as possible. However, please be aware of the following:

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, display calibration, and lighting conditions.
Minor variations in print placement, color saturation, or texture may occur as a natural result of the print-on-demand production process.
These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or replacements.
We appreciate your understanding that small differences between mockup images and the physical product are inherent to custom printing.
